Hurt/Comfort Exchange letter

Hi! : ) Thank you for writing for me!

The suggestions and prompts below are really just meant to be some ideas that you can use for inspiration; if you want to write something different, feel free to do so! As long as you don't go against my DNWs, I'll love whatever you choose to write! Most of all, I just hope we'll have fun^^

 

Some things I like in general: 5+1 things; hurt/comfort; fluff; slice of life snippets; filler fic; small gestures of affection; unusual POVs; historical fashion, lovingly described; first meetings, first kisses, characters being in denial about their feelings; ghost, vampire, or werewolf!AUs or any other kind of creature!fic

 

For this exchange, I'm completely fine with major character death, including non-canonical, for any canon and pairing I'm requesting. 
I slightly prefer physical over emotional hurt, but really, both are great! I also love minor hurt as much as darker stuff. 

 

general DNWs: explicit sex scenes (making out/fading to black is fine, though), non-con, underage, any kind of pregnancies, including MPreg, graphic on-screen animal abuse 

Around the World in 80 Days 

Abigail/Passepartout (either or both hurt), Fogg/Abigail/Passepartout (all hurt) 

I love everyone's dynamic in canon and am open to interpret them any which way. 

Any hurt character getting their wounds tended to by someone else. Doesn't really matter if it is something small that needs some plaster and some kissing-it-better, or something serious. 

Any character being presumed dead and the grief it causes. Also the reveal that the character is alive and the reaction to that, as well as the emotion afterwards. Is the other character more protective now? Determined to live more in the moment? Do they have an argument? 

Stardew Valley 

Elliott/Harvey (either one hurt) 
 

Either of them getting hurt and the other one has to patch them up. In case Harvey gets hurt I would love if he had to instruct Elliott how to care for him. Perhaps one of them has an accident while taking a walk, and the other one finds him? Sickfic would also be lovely I think. Maybe Elliott tries to make chicken soup for Harvey who has a cold^^

Any of them comforting the other one after a nightmare. (I mean. Their canonical nightmares are vastly different, but... XD) 

Inkheart 

Basta/Firefox (either one hurt) or Basta on his own 

I really like that little snippet of information that the Blackjackets used to tend to their own/each other's wounds. I would really love a scene like that with Basta and Firefox. Especially since Resa mentioned the Blackjackets cauterizing their wounds. That would work so well in combination with Basta's fear of fire... 

Also, comfort after nightmares and the like. I guess that works better with Basta being the hurt one, simply because we know more about him, but Firefox probably also has lived through enough traumatising things... 

I'd also enjoy Basta being injured and alone, probably trying to reach the safety of Capricorn's fortress/village/whereever. Up to you whether he gets there or whether he dies before that...  
 

Brianna/Violante (either one or both hurt) 

I'd like to see Brianna use some healing knowledge she learned from Roxane to help Violante. 

I also think comfort after nightmares, especially after the Castle in the Lake, would work really well for them! 

Darius/Elinor (hurt Darius)

As with the other ships in this fandom, there would be enough reason for nightmares. Perhaps Darius dreams about being back at Capricorn's village? 

Also, Darius getting hurt by someone, and Elinor getting really angry and protective 

The Last Door 

any relationship 

The aftermath of any kind of experiment gone wrong, no matter if the hurt character "only" witnessed something terrifying in the Veil or if it's something more permanent, like Hugo's transformation or Jeremiah's amnesia.

Any of the characters grieving for someone they lost, especially if they're coping very badly.
 

I guess all the Playwright members would be prone to overworking themselves. Does one of them ever play voice of reason and tells the others to rest? Or maybe just quietly gets them a cup of tea/a blanket/etc.? 

Amnesia 

Alexander/Daniel (either one hurt) 

Alexander comforting Daniel after another nightmare.

Either of them getting hurt and the other one has to patch them up. In case Alexander gets hurt I would love if he had to instruct Daniel how to care for him, maybe because his needs might differ from a human's, but mostly just because he could probably use his knowledge of anatomy and so on for healing instead of torture for once. 

The Haunting of Hill House 

Theo/Nell (either one hurt) 

Comforting each other because of the horrors.

Nell's increasingly bad mental state, and Theo feeling hurt by the way Nell starts to act. 

Nell/Hill House (either one hurt) 
 

Nell becoming a ghost and haunting Hill House. 
 

Not gonna lie, I also requested this because I was curious what you might come up with for the house being hurt. 

Jekyll and Hyde 

Any of the characters getting hurt and another one has to patch them up. In case Jekyll gets hurt I would love if he had to instruct the other character how to care for him. 
 

I would love to see Lucy meet Emma! Perhaps Lucy can escape Hyde and flees to Jekyll's house, where she meets Emma? And Emma takes care of Lucy?
